Business model V: Technology platform

Friday June 28th, 09:00 - 09:45

(Bio)Pharmaceutical companies focus on the successful development of their potential new compounds. This requires enormous amounts of (financial) resources and time. Too often however, this focus on product developments creates a blind spot for the organizational development. Are all internal processes optimally geared to achieve the ultimate goal of the company? And what in fact is the ultimate goal? Based on a case presentation mixed with managerial models Stefan Braam shows the importance of a strong focus of organizational development.
