As Director Biomarkers, I am contributing to the integration of preclinical and clinical efforts within the drug development process. In a nutshell, I am part of a team tasked to ensure the successful translation ‘from Petri dish to patient’. One of my main drivers is to bring potentially life-saving solutions to patients, which to me means combining a high sense of diligence with urgency. In this session, I want to outline my path from university to this industry role, including my different experiences within ‘big pharma’, ‘small medium enterprise’ and ‘biotech’. There will be ample room for your questions.
