Business model Xendo

Abstract

(Bio)Pharmaceutical companies focus on the successful development of their potential new compounds. This is requires enormous amounts of (financial) resources and time. Too often however this focus on product developments creates a blind spot for the organizational development. Are all internal processes optimally geared to achieve the ultimate goal of the company? And what in fact is the ultimate goal? Based on a case presentation mixed with managerial models André van de Sande shows the importance of a strong focus of organizational development.
