About Lygature

Lygature is a not-for-profit partnership management organization. Our motto is: Pioneering Medicine. Together. Current challenges in healthcare require extensive collaboration to have the right talents, expertise and technology in place. In order to address unmet medical needs of patients worldwide, collaboration is key: between academia, charities, patient groups, governments, regulators, insurers, as well as medtech, biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Such multi-stakeholder partnerships are often complex and their chances for success increase when they are managed by an independent, knowledgeable and experienced party. That is where Lygature comes in: we have a strong track-record of managing multi-stakeholder public-private partnerships. Lygature is proud to be a partner in flagship initiatives including the European Lead Factory, Health-RI, Oncode Institute, Health Innovation Netherlands, the Regulatory Science Network Netherlands and the Paediatric Praziquantel Consortium. Lygature is located in the Jaarbeurs Innovation Mile next to Utrecht Central Station and currently employs 45 people. For more information please visit
