• Scientists in their first industry jobs
• Scientists interested in BioBusiness and/or starting their own company

The summer school focuses on medical biotechnology, but is also suitable for other life sciences fields such as plant biotechnology, food technology and industrial biotechnology.

Application procedure

You can apply by filling in an online application form.  After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with account details to upload your CV. Later you or your sponsor will receive an invoice in a separate e-mail. Your participation is secured once payment for the course is made and your CV is uploaded.

You may be excluded from participation if you do not meet the target groups requirements or if the course is full. You will be contacted if this is the case.


The BioBusiness School serves as a stepping stone for your future career in BioBusiness. The fee you pay to join BioBusiness Summer school includes access to world-class lectures and workshops, carefully selected course materials, coffee/tea and lunch for the whole duration of the programme and a social program. Breakfast, evening meals, accommodation and transportation are not included. Your participation is secured once the invoice is paid.

Regular fee is €1.115,- (including VAT). The deadline for application is June 1st.
